Return & Refund Policy
At Uncle Geeked, we want you to be completely satisfied with your snacking experience. Because we deal with perishable food products, we have established the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of food and confectionery items, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a food product has been shipped, it cannot be resold or restocked for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, we are here to make it right.
Reporting Requirements: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the courier.
Documentation Required: Please email us at Unclegeeked@gmail.com with the following information:
Your Order Number.
A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
A photo of the shipping label/packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will offer you a choice of a replacement (if stock allows) or a store credit/refund for the value of the affected item.
3. Shipping Issues
Uncle Geeked is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Weather and Heat Damage
During warmer months, please be aware that certain items—especially those containing gummies or chocolate—may be susceptible to melting during transit. While we do our best to package items securely, Uncle Geeked is not responsible for products that arrive in a melted condition due to external temperatures.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once an order has been assigned a tracking number or has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
